B. Coaching Services and Pricing
Resila Coaching offers emotional resilience and mindset coaching through structured packages and individual sessions. Service pricing is listed transparently on the website and is subject to change without notice. Occasionally, promotional rates or limited-time offers may be made available; such offers are not guaranteed beyond their stated terms.
All payments for coaching sessions are processed securely through third-party platforms. We do not collect or store credit card information directly on this site.
If a pricing error is discovered after booking, Resila Coaching reserves the right to cancel or adjust the session. In such cases, any overpayment will be refunded in full.
C. Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is a core principle of Resila Coaching. Any personal information, session content, intake forms, or communication shared during or in relation to coaching will remain strictly confidential. Your information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by law or imminent risk of harm.

D. Intellectual Property
The methodologies, tools, session structures, and coaching materials used within Resila Coaching programs (including Pattern Mapping, Progress Tracking, and Emotional Regulation Tools) are proprietary. They are intended solely for personal use by clients engaged in a coaching relationship and may not be copied, shared, or repurposed outside that context.
E. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a full-session charge. Specific policies may be outlined upon program enrollment.
