When you know your patterns but still fall back into them, insight alone isn’t enough.
This 6-week program is where you turn awareness into action by rewiring the way you respond to stress, pressure, or emotional overload.

Together, we’ll pinpoint your two biggest emotional loops or triggers, whether it’s people-pleasing, avoidance disguised as productivity/efficiency, or overthinking before action and design real-time strategies to shift them.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about catching the moment before the spiral, and choosing something new.

What we'll work on:

  • Map out your top 1–2 reactive cycles and how they play out

  • Identify the triggers that precede emotional hijack

  • Build a personalized strategy to regain control in the moment

  • Simulate triggering scenarios to practice calming the nervous system and improving tolerance for negative emotion (optional)

  • Track your internal regulation and external follow-through

  • Address what’s sticking, what’s slipping, and recalibrate

Includes:

  • 6 private coaching sessions (1x/week)

  • Between-session check-ins (text, calls and/or in person)

  • Coaching tools for emotional regulation and habit shift (Body Regulation Techniques, Calibration Scorecard, To Don't List etc)

  • Personalized progress tracker managed entirely by coach

  • Take-home growth work assignments (1x/week)
