Therapists treat clinical issues like depression; coaches work with functional individuals who feel unhappy, overwhelmed, or stagnant and want higher performance, clarity, and direction. If therapy connects the dots from past to present, coaching connects the dots from present to your ideal future.

My work is not about labels or diagnosis.
It’s about autonomy and clarity.

What makes your coaching different from typical mindset coaching?
Do you offer support between sessions?

Yes! In fact this is a core part of the value.

Depending on our action plan I will offer voice-note/text support so we can establish accountability, help you process and take on targeted issues in real time, and keep track of wins and lessons, not just once a week.

Between-session support creates deeper breakthroughs and faster progress.

Most mindset coaching focuses on positive thinking or motivation.
My approach focuses on emotional regulation first — because without a calm baseline, no mindset shift can stick. Then we work on constructing the right practices that will enable you to embody the mindset needed to achieve your goals or desired identity.
